Harmony Collection: HARMONY I
Harmony Collection Rich Cacao, 44% Vol.
Each bottling in the limited edition annual series reveals distinctive and innovative packaging that aims to breathe new life into organic by-products that have run their usual course. The gift box for this whisky is made entirely from cocoa nibs - a by-product of chocolate making. These elements would otherwise have ended up in landfill like waste and have thus found a second ‘purpose’. This bottling pays homage to the chocolate factory in the centre of Girona, Spain, by adding a cocoa and chocolate flavour component through sophisticated maturation in sherry seasoned oak casks. The Rich Cacao focuses more on stronger notes with intense roasted flavours and dark, spicy-sweet chocolate.

The innovative packaging has given a second life to the husks of coffee beans, a by-product of coffee production that would otherwise be thrown away. The husks have been skilfully incorporated into the presentation box and label, which are made from recycled and reused material.
The second edition of the Macallan Harmony Collection celebrates the world of coffee, inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner immersed himself in the art of coffee and set out to create a unique harmony between two worlds: Coffee and whisky. These flavours are also to be achieved in the spirit through sophisticated maturation in sherry seasoned oak casks. The ‘Inspired by Intense Arabica’ has stronger and more robust flavours and aromas with a dark roast and caramel.

The third release in the Harmony Collection continues to emphasise the reuse of natural materials in the packaging. To emphasise this deep connection to the land, discarded grass clippings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels. The Macallan Whisky Mastery team has taken inspiration from the natural Scottish meadows to create this distinctive expression, reminiscent of warm meadows and ripe barley fields, with a rich, citrus-scented finish using a combination of sherry and bourbon casks.

The third release in the Harmony Collection continues to emphasise the reuse of natural materials in the packaging. To emphasise this deep connection to the land, discarded grass clippings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels.

In perfect harmony, The Macallan and Cirque du Soleil combine their craft to present the fourth edition of the Harmony Collection in an imaginative, visual and innovative way. Two brands committed to constant innovation, this collaboration is inspired by a shared respect for creativity and reverence for nature. The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak is associated with the character Ayla, who symbolises vibrancy and the future. This whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill American oak casks and second-fill sherry seasoned casks.

The Macallan A Night on Earth in Scotland is the first bottling in The Macallan's festive whisky series, marking the change of seasons and year and the celebrations surrounding this wonderful night on earth. This whisky tells the story of the world-famous Scottish Hogmanay festival, celebrated every year on 31 December, and captures the universal joy of celebrating the turn of the year.
A Night on Earth in Scotland is crafted from a selection of The Macallan's exceptional American and European oak sherry casks and American ex-bourbon casks to create its rich, sweet, bready character. A whisky that references the rich Scottish delicacy traditionally given and eaten on Hogmanay, emphasised by festive notes of dried orange and spice.
A Night On Earth – The Journey, 43% Vol.
The Macallan A Night on Earth - The Journey, the second expression in the series, epitomises the journey to reunion with our loved ones and the unique moments in the world when we come together. This** fine dram** is a unique expression created using a perfectly balanced combination of exceptional first-fill American ex-bourbon casks and European and American sherry oak casks.
A Night On Earth in Jerez de la Frontera, 43% Vol.
The third release in the series ‘A Night on Earth ’ celebrates the universal night. It is inspired by New Year's Eve in Jerez de la Frontera: a night full of meaning and tradition known as Nochevieja, which means ‘Old Night’. Created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery team, the single malt Scotch whisky is a unique expression that utilises a perfectly balanced combination of exceptional European and American sherry-matured oak casks and is inspired by the end-of-year traditions of the home of sherry wine.
